Our topic for the summer term is ” Our Local Environment”.

We will  look at our immediate environment of Naburn and also York and some of the surrounding area.

To start the topic off we will have a dressing up day on Monday 13th April. You can come as someone from the past or present from York. This could be a particular person such as a Joseph Rowntree or Dick Turpin. It could also be a person such as a Roman, Viking or a character from a traditional industry such as chocolate making, farming or the railway industry. You may find a current a more recent York person perhaps a sporting hero or from the media.  You may come up with an idea I haven’t thought of!
