This week your homework is to choose an animal which is native to Britain and find out as much as you can about it – make sure it is a different animal to the one you did in class. Write an animal fact file, but make sure you have at least three sentences in each section. Use sub headings, such as the type of animal, a description, its habitat, its diet, its young, likes, dislikes, unusual features, extra information.

You must include pictures or diagrams, these could be of the animal, its home or whatever you think is suitable, depending on which animal you choose.

Do make sure that you understand everything that you write.

You have the half term and then a week when we return from the holiday to do this; so it is due on or before Friday 9th June.
