This week I want you to go on a rock hunt around your house,  garden and neighbourhood.

Make a chart to show what type of rocks you can find, where they are and what job they are doing. Draw pictures to show what you have found.

Also find out a famous building ( of your choice) which is made of a particular rock. Draw or print a picture of it, find out what it is and where it is and the rock used, and any other information, if you can.

This homework is due in next Friday, 10th February.
