Last week we had a great time in Year 1/2, by finishing off our seaside holidays topic with a Punch and Judy week.
Our challenge was to find out all about Punch and Judy shows in the past and today, and to design and make our own Punch and Judy puppets.

We started by researching Punch and Judy shows in the past, and found out that Mr Punch is 350 years old! We found out about the characters in the shows, and began to design our puppets in our design booklets.

 

We used skills in cutting and sewing to make our puppets, and were very happy with the results!
