This week we have started to learn songs for our Christmas Nativity ‘Baubles’. We will be practising very hard over the next couple of weeks to perfect our acting and singing! Please support your child in helping them to learn any lines they may have.

Number 10 has been the focus this week. Year 1’s have been counting in 10’s and applying their knowledge of number bonds to 10 when working with money. Click here for a number bonds game. Reception have been focusing on ordering numbers and practising accurate counting.

Our book of the week has been ‘Handa’s Hen’. We have been exploring patterns and rhyme using the story and creating lists of adjectives to describe animals.
