In maths this week Year 1’s have been practising number bonds to 8 / 9 and 10. We have also been recapping counting on in 10’s starting from any given number. Remember our spider counting: If we add on 10 our spider goes down the hundred square, if we take away 10, the spider goes up the hundred square. Have a go at this game to practise: click here
Reception have been practising to count on and count back to find the answer to addition and subtraction sums. Remember to put the biggest number in your head and ‘fingers up’. Use the spinners to make your own sums! Click here
