As the Spring term gets under way the children in both KS2 classes have been learning about how French people celebrate New Year – “Bonne Année” everyone!  We have been exploring the tradition of “La galette des rois” – a special cake/pie that celebrates the visit of the three kings at Epiphany.  The children always enjoy learning about food related topics.

After this we will move onto weather and for Oak class extend this with seasonal and weather related activities/hobbies.
