Year 2 have been very busy in English this week, working on reading and writing instructions. We have been chefs making sandwiches, and then we put our magic skills to the test by making our own Marvellous Medicine!

We thought about writing the recipe for our medicine, and talked about what makes a good set of instructions. We worked as a team to write it, and used bullet points, numbering, time connectives and action verbs.
