This Privacy Notice has been written to inform you about how Naburn Church of England Primary School processes your personal data when you visit our website. This notice only applies to how the school uses your data when you visit our website. Who are we?

Naburn Church of England Primary School is a ‘Data Controller’ as defined by Article 4 (7) of the UK GDPR for all processing activities. This means that we determine the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your personal data is processed. We have a responsibility to you and your personal data and will only collect and use this in ways which are compliant with data protection legislation.

The Education Alliance has appointed Veritau Ltd as its Data Protection Officer (DPO) as part of a traded service. The role of the DPO is to monitor our compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and advise on data protection issues.
