This is the time of year when governors get to review how the school has done over the last school year.  All the keystage results and the Early Years assessments were excellent.  The report from our School Improvement Partner, who spends a lot of time in classrooms over the year, talks of outstanding performances across the school.  It also highlights the positive impact that the Growth Mindset initiative has had.  The school is a happy, vibrant place that I love to visit.  It is a privilege to be the new Chair of Governors.
